Ms. Kurutz is a Certified Personal trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Holistic Life Coach, and
Certified Yoga Instructor. She is a health enthusiast who educates, motivates and supports clients in life-long
healthy living practices. She is Director of the New Song/Harlem Center for Healthy Living (HCHL).
