On day 1, Candidates have to under go Psychology Tests.

Which consists: 
1. TAT ( Thematic Apperception Test), 
2. WAT ( Word Association Test), 
3. SRT (Situation Reaction Test ), 
4. SD (Self Description Test ).
Day 2,3 and 4. 
GTO Tasks :-
1. Group Discussion
2.Group plaanning Exercise 
3. Progressive Group Tasks
4. Half Group Tasks
5. Individual obstacles
6. Group obstaacles Race or Snake Race
7. Command Task
8. lecturette
9. Final Group task.

Interview is held during afternoon/ evening hours on any of 3rd/ 4th Day.

Day 5. Conference.
Here, a candidate can be asked a few general questions like:
a. Were you comfortable during your stay at the FSB?
b. What did you learn from this visit?
c. Any suggestions for the improvement of the amenities?
After the Board Meeting of every candidate is over, the final result is declared within half an hour. Selected
candidates are required to stay back for their medical examination.

On the basis of medically feet, you are in subject of getting your name in the merit list.
