    MEMORANDUM ORDER
    NO. 2011 - 01

    SUBJECT: SUSPENSION OF ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TYPES OF


    MINING APPLICATIONS

    To ensure that the ongoing cleansing of mining applications shall be


    successfully implemented pursuant to existing DENR guidelines, the
    acceptance and processing of new mining applications by all Regional
    Offices of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau is hereby suspended.

    For the purpose of this Memorandum Order, mining applications


    shall mean any and all applications for Exploration Permit, Mineral
    Production Sharing Agreement, Financial or Technical Assistance
    Agreement and Industrial Sand and Gravel Permit.

    This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force
    and effect until revoked in writing.
