    Andres Island working at A1 Janitorial Services, I’m applying for a 3 months visitor visa
    for my son Mark Anthony Ebanks Evans identified with passport number AL542757 of
    San Andres Island to be with me for this period; he will be residing with me and coming
    on the charter flight December 15/2010 and return back March 15/2011.

    His father Mark Anthony Ebanks Identified with passport number 604031289 of the
    Cayman Island and I will be responsible for all his expenses.
