Dear Mr. Vishal Sahani,

We regret to inform you that based on the site feed back your site incharge
is not traceable for the last two days and there was no progress at site.
It's a matter of serious concern that whether you are interested to take up
the job and complete as per our schedule. In this regard we would like to
have a meeting at our Kolkata office ASAP. Despite several reminders we do
not find any improvement in the ground conditions. We are also very much
concerned about the attitude of the senior management towards this project.
We would also request you to available at site during the review of Director
- Projects wherein we would like to discuss an action plan with commitments
to complete the job. In the event if we don't receive any action plan with
detail mile stone schedule and we do not see any mobilization and progress
within next two to three days we presume that you are not interested and
shall be constrained to cancel the order of M/s Aero Prefab.
