Let Go of a Bad Morning

You’ve had a rough morning and are dreading the afternoon ahead. You
desperately need to let go of the past few hours and rebalance your energy in order to
cope with the remaining part of your working day. Tapping and breathing are simple

parts of the body creates a vibrational wave deep into the tissues, stimulating blood
