    1. Open an Internet Explorer Window, then double click on the following Shortcut from only 1 PC in
    your office.
    Double - Click

    OSCAR Access Test

    Once you have double clicked, you should see


    this screen open

    2. The test is complete. Do not take any further action. Please close the Internet Explorer screen
    3. Please use the ‘VOTE’ button ins the email to notify me of your result
