The victim called police from Barnette Elementary School and stated she had been assaulted in a house nearby.

Donaciano Rodriguez Martinez was arrested for DWLR.

110513-2140-02 VICE 14808 Colonial Park Dr

Elise Currier and Morgan Sexton were arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Xanex, and Drug
Paraphernalia after their car was called in as a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Centennial community
pool.

110513-2306-01 VICE 15330 S. Birkdale Commons Parkway

Riley Huggard was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

110513-2006-01 Trespassing 15169 Tracey Beth Rd
The victim’s neighbor climbed over their fence into their yard while they were gone from the residence. The
subject claimed to be looking for a pair of shoes, but was carrying a credit card and they believed she was going
to attempt to break in and steal medication as the subject had done this in the past. The neighbor, Kristy Valdes,
was banned from the property and the residents did not want to prosecute for the trespassing.

110514-0014-01 Assault on a Female 10834 Kerns Rd

The victim called because her boyfriend was drunk and assaulted her. The victim stated she was punched in the
face and had her arm twisted by the suspect. The suspect had fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival and refused
to return when spoken to on the phone.
110514-0232-01 Damage to Property 8711 Lindholm Drive
The business called because a patron punched a gutter down spout several times causing damage.
