/existing system.
4.2  Data flow diagram of the new system or proposed
4.3  specification ( specify data and module)
4.3.1 Program modules specification ( interface) Depending on how many modules or interfaces you
have
4.4 Implementation Testing the work ability of the new system with raw data
4.5 Documentation and software and  hardware requirement.

4.1 INTRODUCTION

This chapter focus on the designing of a new system that can replace the old /existing
system. It also explains some basic concept of Data flow diagram and the system
specification.

The chapter continues with the explanation of Program modules specification, software

and hardware requirement of the new system.

4.2  DATA FLOW DIAGRAM

The Data Flow Diagram shows the flow of data or information. It can be partitioned into
single processes or functions. Data Flow Diagrams can be grouped together or
decomposed into multiple processes.
The DFD is an excellent communication tool for analysts to model processes and
functional requirements. Used effectively, it is a useful and easy to understand
modeling tool.
4.2.2 DFD: Level 0
4.2.3 DFD: Level 1
4.2.4 DFD: Level 2
