    The periodic inspection found: 1) Pipe insulation in the boiler room previously contained asbestos but has since been removed and electric boilers installed. 2) Sheetrock and mud throughout the building and 12x12 floor tile in the basement library contain asbestos but require only operation and maintenance. 3) The boiler room door fire door also contains asbestos but only requires operation and maintenance.
