Dear Sir/Madam,

We feel pleasure to inform you that,we had received your documents regarding your request

For Cellular tower Installation at your proposed site.

In this regard your request has been considered and the same has been sanctioned for Cross verification of
the proposed land owner. As according to the prior intimation, you are requested to send a bank draft for
the sum of Rupees 5500/- (five thousand five hundreds only). Infavor of “GLOBAL NETWORK”
Payable at New Delhi, being the service request charges for the proposed site which is refundable.

You will get a sum of Rupees 25000/- to a maximum of Rupees 45000/- as monthly rent and advance of
24 to 36 months rent respectively. The period of Agreement will be 20 to 25 years. Agreement will be
Executed after the land owner and the cellular company mutually agreed upon the terms and conditions.
The rent will be increase up to 10% to 15% after every one years.

The verification period of the proposed land owner will take 5 to 6 week(only working days will be
considered) from the date of receipt of your Bank draft and this letter duly signed by the proposed land
owner.

When the whole process consisting of both the agreement and advance will be done the land owner is
Entitled to pay the commission of two month rent to Global Network.
Kindly send the bank Draft and this letter on the bellow mentioned address, by courier/speed post
