February, 2011 – Reg.

Every year TCE Cultural Association organizes an inter-school competition named

‘Quest’ to bring out the hidden talents of the students of various schools in and around Madurai.
The theme for QUEST-2011 is “PAVE-Providing Adaptive Technology to Village through
Empowerment”. The aim is to promote the growth of villages in India. Permission may please
be granted to conduct Quest-2011 and the budget proposal for the same based on the expenditure
incurred for the Quest-2010 is given below and the budget for the Quest-2011 may kindly be
approved.
