Airtel was seen as best for postpaid plans, GPRS plans and rates, and allowing up to 2 add-on connections. Vodafone won for cheap SMS and numerous schemes. However, Airtel lost customers due to excessive promotional calls and SMS, inconsistent cheap call/SMS packages, costly plans, an attitude of high standards, and turbo plans deactivating other services.
