location, Layout forecasting ,work design and measurement, Maintenance
and Material Handling methods.

INVENTORY CONTROL:
Deterministic and Probabilistic models.

NETWORKING TECHNIQUES :
Production Scheduling – Johnson’s Rule Sequencing, Queuing Theory,
PERT – CPM.

OPERATIONS RESEARCH :
L P formulation – Graphical solution, Basic feasible solution, Simplex(Big –
M method), Two phase method duality, Sensitivity analysis, Transportation
problem, Assignment problem, Crew – Assignment, Traveling – Salesman
problem ( T.S.P.) Game theory.
