In both incidents, the vehicle was taken by 3-4 black males aged 17-25 who assaulted the victims. One carjacking victim was shot.     WANTED VEHICLE
    Description:
    Name: 2004 Audi A6 2.7t “All-Road.” Beige/Gray in color.

    On Friday, May 20, 2011, a vehicle similar to the above pictured vehicle was
    taken in an armed carjacking at the New Carrolton Metro station. On
    Wednesday, May 25, 2011, a vehicle bearing similar characteristics was used in
    the commission of a second armed carjacking at the Largo Town Center Metro
    Station. A victim in this case was subsequently shot and transported with non-
    life-threatening injuries. The vehicle in question remains at large. In both of the
    aforementioned armed carjacking cases, 3-4 black males, aged approximately
    17-25, surrounded and assaulted the victim(s) prior to taking the vehicle(s). The
    stolen Audi from the New Carrolton incident carried Maryland Registration
    1DME50 at the time it was stolen. It is quite possible the suspects may have
    altered the registration plates or the vehicle in question may be displaying a fake
    temporary registration plate.

    Consider all occupants armed and dangerous.
