 Study the recruitment pattern across few locations


 Understand training , coaching and initial handholding
 Analyze what leads to good or poor performance
 Evaluate earnings of an IP vis-a-vis his other earnings

• Primary research
– Insurance Partners (IP) & Sales Manager of L&T general Insurance across
different locations like Delhi,Pune,Chennai,Banglore
• Secondary research
– Website of IRDA, documents provided by project guide

Deliverables
 Study the recruitment pattern across few locations
 Understand training , coaching and initial handholding
 Evaluate earnings of an IP vis-a-vis his other earnings

Scope

• Study and recommend what needs to be done in order to make IP happy


&loyal
• Study of the initiatives being pursued by L&T General Insurance Co. Ltd. For
betterment of IPs and also study the best practices followed by other
companies
• Analyze the performance of IPs what leads to good and poor performance of
IP
• Identify Merits and Demerits of current recruitment process
Timelines
• Meeting with Sales mangers and Insurance partner of Mumbai till 8th
may
• Meeting with Sales mangers and Insurance partner of Pune from 9th
May to 10th May
• Meeting with Sales mangers and Insurance partner of Delhi from
12th May to 13th may
• Meeting with Sales mangers and Insurance partner of Chennai from
16thth May to 17th May
• Meeting with Sales mangers and Insurance partners of Bengluru
from 18th May to 19th May
• Presenting the Raw data and findings to mentor on 25th of May
• Giving Final presentation to Mr. Joydeep Roy CEO L&T General
