The Young Moro Network for Social Accountability (YMN) aims to create an online database called "Check My Peace" that systematically monitors conflict and development indicators in Mindanao. By translating these indicators into measurable data and partnering with local organizations, YMN hopes to track service delivery in areas like human rights and welfare. Phase I of Check My Peace will focus on research, partnership building for data collection and validation, using technology for transparency, and capacity training. The project will run from February to July 2011. Partnering will allow YMN to more efficiently collect and validate data, systematically record updates, strengthen stakeholder ties, and provide training to maintain the online monitoring system.
