    We would like to request that the subject Emath 311 (Differential Equations) a 3
    unit lecture subject, be opened this summer of 2011 in a tutorial basis under Engr.
    Ruthy Lacson. The schedule will be 9:00-11:00 MTWThF. This subject is a
    prerequisite to the subjects that we will be taking up for the first semester SY 2011-
    2012.

    We are willing to shoulder any additional expenses in relation to the offering this
    subject on tutorial basis.
