(a) Epektibong integrasyon ng pagtingin sa mga disaster risk sa
mga polisiya, plano at programang pangkaunlaran sa lahat ng
antas – pag-iwas, pagbawas ng epekto ng mga panganib
(mitigation), at paghahanda sa mga disaster at pagbawas ng

• Regional DRRMC – kung 2 o higit na probinsya ang
naapektuhan; at
• National DRRMC – kung 2 o higit na rehiyon ang

nasalantang lugar.
3. Pagbili at pagbenta ng mga relief goods,
kagamitan at iba pang produkto na dapat
mapunta sa mga nasalanta.

ibang ahensya.

c) pagsisinungaling kung saan nanggaling
ang mga relief goods

ng mga indibidwal ng mga donasyon sa

12. Pagkalikot o pagnanakaw ng mga kagamitan

Ano ang mga maaring kaparusahan sa mga
ipinagbabawal na probisyon?
1. Multa mula P50,000 – 500,000

2. Pagkakulong mula 6 na buwan – 1 taon

3. Multa at pagkakulong

4. Kumpiskasyon o pagbawi ng mga

kagamitan
Ano ang mga maaring kaparusahan sa mga
ipinagbabawal na probisyon?
Public Officials – maaring panghabang-buhay
na ma disqualify sa paghawak ng public position.
Dagdag ito sa maaring multa, pagkulong at
kumpiskasyon.
Korporasyon at ibang grupo – ang multa ay
ipapataw sa mga opisyales. Maaring
ipagwalang-bisa at bawiin ang kanilang lisensya
o accreditation
Banyaga – maari syang i-deport pagkatapos ng
kanyang sintensya.
 Pangunahing tungkulin ng
pamahalaan ang tumugon sa
disaster. Pumapasok ang
humanitarian agencies kung di
kaya o ayaw tumungon ng
pamahalaan sa mga
pangangailangan ng mga
apektadong mamamayan.
