    LETTER OF INTENT

    Date: June 15, 2009

    We, Daiwen International Fuel Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd., commit and authorize
    Mr. Ow Kwok Hoong as the representative to seek Indonesian made steam coal. We
    confirm that we are ready, willing and able to purchase the commodity as per terms
    and conditions below:

    Commodity: Indonesian Coal (GCV 5800-6000 or 6100-6300 Kcal/kg)


    Origin: Indonesia
    Specification: Based on the standard specification (Appendix 1).
    Quantity: The minimum quantity is 35,000 tons per month.
    Price: To be negotiated.
    Payment Term: Irrevocable LC at sight.
    Inspection: The quality and quantity of the product shall be ascertained
    and certified by China’s Commodity Inspection & Quarantine
    (CCIQ) or other international independent surveyor at the loading
    port. The result issued by CCIQ is the document of settlement.
