One Grapefruit or ½ cup of Natural Juice without Sugar +
1 Boiled egg

1st week

First Day:
Lunch – One Kind of Fruit
Dinner – Chicken

Second Day;
Lunch – Chicken + Tomato + One Grapefruit or Orange
Dinner – 2 Boiled Eggs + One Grape Fruit + Salad

Third Day:
Lunch – Salad + White Cheese + (1) Toast
Dinner – Fish

Fourth Day:
Lunch – Fruit One Kind
Dinner – Chicken + Salad

Fifth Day:
Lunch – 2 Boiled Eggs + Stewed Vegetables
Dinner – Fish or Tuna

Sixth Day:
Lunch – One Kind Fruit
Dinner – Fish + Salad

Seventh Day:
Lunch – Chicken + Tomato + Stewed Vegetables
Dinner – Stewed Vegetables

Dinner – One Kind Fruit

Fourth Day:
Lunch – Stewed Vegetables
Dinner – Fish

Fifth Day:
Lunch – Fruit one Kind
Dinner – Chicken

Sixth Day:
Lunch – Chicken
Dinner – Fruits Salad

Seventh Day
Lunch – One kind fruit
Dinner- FREE DAY

Fish + Salads
As much as you want

Fifth Day:
Meat & Vegetables
Beef or Chicken with Stewed Vegetables

Sixth Day:
Fruits-One Kind

Seventh Day:
FREE DAY

4 pieces of Beef or 3 pieces of Chicken
+ Tuna – 1 Toast + 1 Grapefruit Tomato

Second Day:
Fillet meat (180 grams) + Tomato (3) + Cucumber + 1 Toast + 1 Apple
Or Orange + grape Fruit

Third Day:
2 pieces White Cheese + Tuna (one can)
+ 4 table Spoons Stewed vegetables + Tomato (2)
+ 3 Cucumber + 1 Toast + one Grape fruit

Fourth Day:
½ Chickens +Tomato (3) + Cucumber (4) + One Toast
 + One Grapefruit + One Kind of Fruit

Fifth Day:
Boiled Eggs (4) + Lettuce (1) Tomato (3) + Cucumber (4)
+ 1 Grapefruit + One Kind of fruit

Sixth Day:
Breast Chicken (2) + White Cheese (125 grams)
+ 1 Toast + Cucumber (2) + 1 Yoghurt + 1 Grapefruit

Seventh Day:
Third Day Meal will be repeated
