Or Orange + grape Fruit
Third Day:
2 pieces White Cheese + Tuna (one can)
+ 4 table Spoons Stewed vegetables + Tomato (2)
+ 3 Cucumber + 1 Toast + one Grape fruit
Fourth Day:
½ Chickens +Tomato (3) + Cucumber (4) + One Toast
+ One Grapefruit + One Kind of Fruit
Fifth Day:
Boiled Eggs (4) + Lettuce (1) Tomato (3) + Cucumber (4)
+ 1 Grapefruit + One Kind of fruit
Sixth Day:
Breast Chicken (2) + White Cheese (125 grams)
+ 1 Toast + Cucumber (2) + 1 Yoghurt + 1 Grapefruit
