Preparatory Training___________________
Australian Development Scholarships
Prior to departure to Australia, awardees are required to
undertake a pre‐departure training course. The English for
Academic Purposes (EAP) course consists of up to nine
months full‐time English language and academic preparation
in Indonesia. Awardees must achieve satisfactory results in
the EAP course in order to be placed in an Australian
university.
Australian Leadership Awards Scholarships
There is no in country pre‐departure training course for
ALAs. All applicants are required to have a sufficient level of
English required by Australian institutions.
