Have you been admiring the images of masters and amateurs alike?
You’ve bought an expensive camera and aren’t getting good results? It’s not just
technology! It’s technique as well. Here’s a fantastic opportunity for you to know
your camera like the back of your hand! Particularly when you think that the
camera which you have is good for nothing.

Anirban Mandal, a photographer having over 4yrs experience is holding a 6


session weekend photography course which will cover the basics of photography
but most importantly will help you “Know your camera”.
The course is designed in such a way that it will help you discover your own
talent to capture the “golden moments” of your life! The course structure
includes photo walks, theory sessions and photoshoots to give students a live
experience in the art of painting with light.

• Getting to know your Camera.
• Lenses, Filters.
• Manual focus and Autofocus.
• Manual Exposure, ISO, Shutter Speeds, F/Stops and The Light Meter.
• Aperture Priority, Shutter Speed Priority and Program
• Metering Modes.
• Lighting.
• White Balance
• The Color of Light (Natural & Artificial)
• Composition, Perspective and Elements of Design.
• Portraiture, Nature & Street Photography.
• Composition, Perspective and Elements of Design.
• Portraiture, Nature & Street Photography.

Schedule of Workshop:
May 1st & 2nd : 4pm – 7pm.
May 8th & 9th : 4pm – 7pm.
May 15th : 7:30am – 10:30am.
May 15th : 4pm – 7pm.

Venue:
S-300, First Floor, S-Block. Greater Kailash Part 1 (For Theory and processing
sessions)
Outdoor venues yet to be decided for photo walk and practicals.

Workshop Fee:
Rs. 4,000 (Rupees Four Thousand) per participant. A limited number of
candidates are to be taken on first come first serve basis.
