Veggie Lo Mein

5# Linguine
4 # organic broccoli florets, cut, steamed and shocked in ice water
2 bu. Scallions, sliced
2 bu. celery, sliced thin on the bias
2 C. shredded carrots
1# frozen peas
2 # sesame seeds
1# slivered almonds or whole, chopped
1 C. Oriental Seasoning

Dressing:
1 C. safflower oil
1 C. sesame oil
2 C. tamari
2T. garlic powder
1T. onion powder
2 C. ginger powder

Cook pasta al dente in boiling, salted water. Drain, rinse and toss with sesame oil.
Put pasta in large plastic prep tub. Prep and add veggies. Make dressing in a separate
bowl; add to salad. Add nuts, oriental seasoning and seeds at the end and toss well.
Let sit 2 hour. Check seasonings and adjust as needed.
