Dressing:
2 C. olive oil
2 C. red wine vinegar
1 C freshly sqeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
3 Tbsp veggie pepper
1 Tbsp lemon peel
-Cook pasta al dente in boiling, salted water. Rinse and toss with olive oil. Put
into plastic prep tub. Prep and add vegetables. Make vinaigrette separately. Add
to salad and let sit for 2 hour or up to several hours in cooler. Check and adjust
seasonings accordingly.
