4# cucumbers, partially peeled, halved and sliced 3 med. red onions, sliced* 1 2 C. Red wine vinegar 2 C. Olive Oil 3T. sea salt 1 C. fresh basil, chopped 1T. Black Pepper Prep vegetables. Put in large bowl or plastic prep tub. In med. sized bowl mix oil, vinegar, and seasonings together with wire whisk.
