    SUNFU DRESSING

    plu# 4458

    4 2 C sunflower seeds
    6 # silken tofu
    4 2 C lemon juice
    1 2 C safflower oil
    1 2 C tamari
    1/4 C + 1T garlic, minced
    4 C H2O

    Using the Robot Coupe, Add all of the ingredients, except for the water. Once
    ground semi-fine, slowly add in the water. Puree until smooth.
