VEGETABLE SOUP

PLEASE- CUT IN HALF IN THE SUMMERTIME


2 #10 can small diced pear tomatoes
5 #s red potatoes, diced
8 C. corn, frozen
16 C. zucchini, diced
8 C. carrots, diced
6 C. celery, chopped
6 C. onions, diced
2/3 C. garlic, minced
1/2 C. honey
3 C. barley, cooked, or use leftover rice from line
3 Tbsp marjoram
3 Tbsp basil
3 Tbsp oregano
4 Tbsp veggie broth powder, or 1/2 # ruber chicken
6 Tbsp beef broth
2 Tbsp veggie pepper
1 C. parsley

Saute onions, celery, and garlic until translucent. Add tomatoes, vegetables,
seasonings, water, and then simmer. Cook the soup with a low flame stirring often
and use copper circle to distribute heat evenly.
