Dear Sir,

Campus Recruitment - Probationary Officers

Please recall the discussion we had with you regarding the Campus Placement –
2011. We are glad to associate with your college for this year’s Campus Process.

Accordingly, we propose to conduct the process for recruitment of Probationary

Officers to the students of your college who are pursuing the final year / semester of
post graduation in the following discipline during the current academic year.

• IMBA, MBA (Agri), MFC

The selection process comprises of two rounds.

Initial round:

The initial round comprises of written examination (objective type) and Group
Discussion. Thereafter, candidates will be short listed based on the qualifying criteria
decided by the Bank as per its selection / recruitment policy.

Final round (Interview):

The short listed candidates will be called for an interview. After completion of all the
rounds, the Bank will roll out the provisional offer letters to all the selected candidates
as Probationary Officers in due course.

We have authorized M/s Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, for conduct of the
above process. Ma Foi will furnish you all the documents / instructions for conduct of
the Campus Process.
We are enclosing the following:

1. Personal Data Forms – one each to be distributed to the eligible candidates.

2. Notice to be exhibited on the notice board of the College Campus.

3. Eligibility Criteria for the post of Probationary Officers.

4. Job description for Probationary Officers & Cost to Company.

5. Instructions to the candidates with regard to the Campus Process.

Please note that the students of other streams / disciplines of Post Graduate courses
will not be eligible to participate in the campus process.

A confirmation may be sent by e-mail to careers@federalbank.co.in on receipt of this

letter and other documents.
