London, 6th June, 2011: This Wednesday, 8 June, Government Knowledge are hosting a

conference for key stakeholders to discuss the coalition’s agenda for the reform of Higher Education.
The following speakers are confirmed to speak at the event at Holiday Inn, Regents Park:

Gareth Thomas MP (Shadow Minister for Universities) / Aaron Porter (NUS) / Rajay Naik (Open
University) / Paul Marshall (1994 Group) / Pam Tatlow (Million +).

The conference will provide an unrivalled opportunity to hear these key voices speak on the same
platform to discuss the full implications of the coalition’s agenda for Higher Educations. Debate about
the real effects of reform is rapidly evolving as more stakeholders express their views. The event on
Wednesday will give a fantastic insight in to how different parties currently view the prospects of Higher
Education reform delivering its desired outcomes. Gareth Thomas MP will be discussing the
opposition’s Higher Education policy at a special keynote address at 11.00.
