Oath Completion and submission of this Registration Form and payment of the respective registration fees render our team officially part of the race and signify that we, as team members,: agree to and abide by all the rules stipulated in the registration form and discussed during the orientation exercise honesty, prudence and demonstrate sportsmanlike behavior in the course of our participation in the event respect any property involved in or related to any and all parts of the event and take full accountability for all damages caused by its willful destruction or mutilation have understood the nature of, and assume all risks associated with our voluntary participation in this event; moreover, attest to being physically and mentally fit to take part in the race Waiver and Release In consideration of being permitted to parti ate, we as an official team, do hereby: waive and release forever any and alll rights, claims and damages, we may have against the event organizers, the UP Industrial Engineering Club, and all the parties, connected in any way to the event, holding them free from liability and accountability for any injury, harm, loss, inconvenience or any other damage of any kind whatsoever for the entire duration of the race allow first aid treatment by the organizers in case of emergency and injury recognize that event organizers reserve the right to act as arbiter in handling and/or solving cases that may arise from any disputes or any untoward incidents in the entire duration of the race iv. note that event organizers have the authority to supplement to the existing rules as they deem necessary at any time during the event v. respect the decision of the event organizers to disqualify the team in the event of any violation of race rules, or commission of any act that constitutes grounds for the disqualification of our team.
