Protein Bars

1/2 cup low fat milk 1. Mix oats and protein powder
3 tbsp honey together
1/3 cup peanut butter 2. Mix in peanut butter, then mix
3 tbsp crushed peanuts in honey
1 cup oats (ready oats like ready) 3. Add milk, until mixture is a stiff
8 scoops (30ml vol.) protein power dough
4. Spread mixture in dish, levelling
out
5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top
6. Put mix in fridge for 30-45 mins
7. Cut into bars
