    a major art exhibition showcasing
    various artwork from chosen Indonesia
    contemporary artists
    The exhibition will run for five weeks
    starting from June 9 at Ciputra Artpreneur
    Centre Jakarta In August selected works
    will be exhibited in Saatchi Gallery London marking the first time
    Indonesia contemporary art is exhibited in Britain
    Featuring 41 works by 18 artists consisting of among the well
    known ones Heri Dono Edo Pillu Nindityo Adipurnomo Jompet and
    Angki Purbandono Indonesian Eye combines painting sculpture and
    installation art
    International curators for the exhibition are Serenella Ciclitira one of
    the founders of Parallel Contemporary Art an exhibition organizer that
    also organizes the Indonesian Eye Tsong zung Chahg guest professor
    at China Art Academy in Hangzhou and director ofHanart TZ Gallery in
    Hong Kong and Nigel Hurst CEO of Saatchi Gallery
    We have operated in Indonesia since 1995 and by being the main
    sponsor of Indonesian Eye we show our commitment to keep on being
    a part of the transformation and development of this dynamic country
    said Prudential Corporation Asia chief executive Barry Stowe
