2/3rd cup cooked oatmeal. Vanilla-Berry Protein Shake

1 scoop protein powder 1 cup milk

½ cup frozen berries 1 scoop protein powder

1-1/2 Tbsp. walnuts 1 cup frozen berries

1/4th cup skim/almond milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Berry Protein Smoothie ½ banana

1-1/2 cup protein powder Ice

½ cup berries Yogurt Bowl

1 cup skim/almond milk 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Cereal Cup 1 diced apple

1 cup Kashi GoLean/Hi-Lo 2 tbsp. walnuts

1 Tbsp. flaxseed 1 cup whey-based protein


powder
2/3rd cup skim/almond milk
1 nutrition bar + banana
½ cup bananas sliced
THIRD MEAL:
Veggie Omelet
Lunch
2 whole eggs
FOURTH MEAL:
Mushroom and onions
Fruits, etc
1 slice wholegrain wheat
toast FIFTH MEAL:

1 Tbsp. all-fruit preserves Dinner
