My Purpose

My purpose is to design a parachute glider that allows people to fly with out
polluting earth using air resistant equipment like hang gliders and
parachutes.

 How it works

In order to understand how this works you must read about parachutes first because the parachutes
will give you some back ground information for hang gliders.

You know when you put

your hand down really
quickly you feel some air
going up. Well it’s the same
thing when you’re doing
paragliding or parachuting
you go down and the wind
pushes the parachute up.

Air foils

Well Hang gliders are use the similar concept

of flying to parachutes. Hang gliders are
better if you want to fly forward as opposed
to just travelling to the ground.

Hang gliders are similar to birds they have

the same shaped wings and both of them
have something called air foils to let them
glide.

A hang gliders wing is called delta wing or a

Rogallo wing
 What it’s good for

A hang glider is good for travelling short distances. But you will have to jump down
from hang glider from a high mountain. So the wind can push the hang glider up. My
explanation of hang gliders will give you some more information.
