Goal for FY2011

1. Learn and understand how to manage RSKL as


account holder in 6 months:

Main focus
• FCO implementation.
• Follow up issue.
• Attend customer escalation – OSR/TCS.
• Monitor handler MTBF/MTTR/MCBJ.
• Build up good customer relationship.
• Generate technical/troubleshooting report.

2. Learn and pick up SZ Test system knowledge in 6
months

Main focus:

• Basic concept of SZ System.


• Understand SZ directory hierarchy.
• Software and hardware calibration knowledge.
• Work flow for Preventive Maintenance (PM) &
Calibration procedure

3. Enhance knowledge in M4841 handler in 6 months.

Issue to Achieve the Targets

1. Lack of hand on experience for RSKL equipment and limited


experience as account holder.

2. No experience in SZ Test System.

3. Lack of knowledge in LH4 handler.

4. Lack of knowledge in T2000 tester.

Solution to Solve Issues
1. Learn and build up capability to handle customer account with
assistance of senior and management.

2. Understand Company process in order to support customer as account


holder.

3. Self study for SZ tester basic concept from manual. Gain more
knowledge and experience thru PM activity or On-Job-Training (OJT)
with CSE.

4. Attend official LH4 training class and gain more experience with On-
Job-Training.

5. Attend official T2000 training class and gain more experience with
On-Job-Training.

Schedule of Solution

1. Attend On-Job-Training at Texas Instrument (TI) from


June for SZ System PM activity with CSE.

2. Official T2000 training class require in next three


months.

3. Official LH4 training class require in next three months.
