• Posting requirements on Subscription/Free Job-Boards
• Using internal and external Resume databases and Subcontracting vendors as resources to search
and screen candidates 
• Conducting professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience,
availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.
• Conducting technical assessment for suitability to the job requirement by conducting technical
interviews and tests.
• Performing all due-diligence steps including background screening, reference checking to mitigate
fulfillment risks.
• Arranging and scheduling interviews etc.
• Actively seeking candidates to fit specific openings in a pro-active basis. 
• Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins. 
• Assist HR and Contracts Administration in closing consulting engagements.
• Resume formatting and editing
• Contractor Database maintenance and upkeep.
• Devise recruitment strategies to improve on process lifecycle (from posting thru to qualification and
submission).
• Evolve to a global delivery model that can is sustainable as a result of consistent and repeatable
processes. 
• Suggest technologies and systems to improve and automate the process for achieving increased
efficiency and global deployment in support for high volume recruiting efforts.
• Suggest policies for consultant retention including maintaining a competitive pay structure
• Suggest methods for accurate Contractor Database maintenance and updating.

Recruitment of a wide variety of technical skill sets, including:

• Developers / Architects (both .NET & Java/J2EE)
• Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
• Database Administrators / Developers (SQL Server & Oracle)

• System Engineers and Administrators (Windows & UNIX)
• Network Engineers and Administrators
