The chairman, ms. Sarhana Bt Sabtal, welcome everyone to the English Club Society meeting. MINUTE OF LAST MEETING It was resoved that the minutes of the last meeting held on 27th February 2011 be accepted as a true and accurate record. Date : 29nd April 2011 Transportation : Rent a mini bus Activities fees : RM 15 per-person Camping at Simpang Mengayau during 4 days. Fee : RM 100 per-person Transportation : Rent a bus Venue : Mengayau Resort Date : 3 to 6 September 2011

2. Open category: The activities lasted for the last year.

2.1.

Food mini bazaar Tent : RM 50 per-day rent payment for tenant. The equipment budget for the tent is RM 20 per-day (Rent Payment)

2.2.

Singing contes: Open to individual and by grouping Participant fees : Individual Grouping RM 10 per- person RM 50 per- person

*All prizes supply by pusat Bahasa kota, kota kinabalu and celcom company lucky draw contest : 20 hampers for lucky draw. Lucky draw ticket sale for sale for Rm2b per-each

THE FINANCE OF THE CLUB The treasurer informed the members that cash in hand only RM2100. She also told the members how much money was spent the previous year. Mdm Jeannz suggested that each member of the club should pay membership fee of RM 5 per-month. It was seconded by Miss Vivian.
