Training Need Assessment Plan

The training need analysis process will take the month of June to be completed and will result in the training plan for the new fiscal year. It will constitute of the following activities. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Department head s feedback Supervisor s focus group sessions One-to-one interview with Departmental trainers Line staff feedback Performance appraisal forms

All the activates will focus on three areas 1. Organizational needs 2. Technical needs 3. Behavioral needs This will result in the training plan for the year 2011-2012. Following is the plan for the whole process.
