Customer Relationship Management Sales Process Management Managing business volume (Revenue generation) : Operate business successfully with the assigned OEM Accounts, including generation of sales forecasts, monitoring of actual vs. planned sales, controlling & monitoring the gross margin & product inventory levels. Inter Departmental Coordination: Coordination with Engineering, production, materials, logistics department for the timely delivery and execution of orders. Leading cross functional teams: Lead and manage cross functional and customer teams to serve product, information and support needs of customers using organizations global resources. Receivable Management: Responsible for timely recovery of payments from various customers as per the payment term Ensure speedy resolution of queries, maintain excellent relations with key clients to generate avenues for additional business. Mapping clients requirements, attending / conducting business user meeting, project planning & scheduling providing them customized business solutions.
