CITY LEVEL INTER-SCHOOL ATHLETIC MEET

VENUE DATE : Reserve line grounds, Madurai. : 04-07-2010

RULES: 1. The athlete should be a bonafide student of the school 2. Date of birth to be reckoned as on 1.1.2011 3. Eligibility for various categories a) Super senior boys & girls - on or after 1.1.1993 (Std XI and XII Only and below 19 years) b) Senior boys and girls - on or after 1.1.1995 & below 17 years c) Junior boys and girls - on or after 1.1.1998 & below 14 years d) Sub-Junior boys and girls - on or after 1.1.2000 & below 12 years 4. Athletes of Super Seniors, seniors can participate in two track and two field events excluding relay. 5. Athletes of Juniors & Sub-Juniors can participate only in One track and One field event excluding relay. 6. Two athletes per event can be represented from a school. 7. A sum of Rs 50 per school should be paid towards chest numbers, which will be refunded when they return it duly. 8. The entry form should reach the address mentioned below within 2nd of July 2011(2-7-2011). The Physical Director TVSMHSS TVS Nagar Madurai - 3 9. No forms shall be considered after the date of closure. There will be no spot entries. No athlete shall represent on his/her own. The team SHOULD be accompanied by the team coach/ manager. 10. IAAF rules will be followed. 11. No protests will be entertained. The sports committee decision is final and binding 12. Any athlete indulging in malpractices will be penalized 13. If the number of participants is less than five in any of the events that, event will be cancelled 14. The team that fails to report on time will be ruled out of the competition. In any case entry fee shall not be refunded
