LOSA 2011 SILVER JUBILEE YEAR

DISTRICT LEVEL KNOCK OUT INTER SCHOOL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

DATE: 2-7-2011 RULES

1. Entry fee of Rs.100/- per team should be paid to the committee while confirming
the participation in the tournament on or before 27-6-2011. The team, which fails to pay the entry fee, shall not be considered while framing the fixtures. 2. Team should report half an hour before the match failing which will lead to disqualification of the team in the competition. In any case the entry fee shall not be refunded. 3. Team should not exceed 14 members (11 players + 3 subs) and a manager/ coach. 4. Cricket balls (four piece balls) should be brought by the participating teams and players should come in whites. 5. The Winner & Runner will get a rolling trophy and 14 individual prizes. 6. Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best All-Rounder, Man Of The Match, Best disciplined team will be awarded. 7. Umpires decision will be final. 8. All other ICC rules will be followed.

9. In case of tie or rain, the team with better Run Rate will be declared as Winners.
In case, runs and wickets are tied or in case of rain washing out play, the spin of a coin will be resorted to. 10. Sports committees decision is final and shall be binding on all the teams participating in the tournaments. 11. No protests shall be entertained. 12. For prelims & quarterfinal matches, the time limit is 90 min. or 20 overs, whichever is earlier.
