Making Data Analysis Tab visible

Click on the Data tab and see if there is an Analysis box with the Data Analysis contained within it.

If Data Analysis is not present,

then load the Analysis ToolPak

In the Click Manage In the Add-Ins Click the Click Add-Ins box, select available box Office Button. Excel option in Excel Add- check Analysis ToolPak and Options. the left Ins and panel. click Go. click OK.

Generate Descriptive Statistics


1. Enter data to Microsoft Excel. 2. Click on the Data tab, then click Data Analysis. 3. Select Descriptive Statistics and click OK. 4. Define the input range. 5. Define the output range. 6. Check the Summary Statistics box and click ok.
