CURRICULUM VITAE

I worked since 30 years on Logistics and SCM, on Industrial Organizations including Project Planning. At present, I am working on educational and innovation research services. While there, the principal activities are Planning Project logistics control, with responsibilities on Engineering Procurement, design, products planning and development, installation, construction, energy and environment matters on SCADA software, Maintenance planning, project management and Estimate with SAP, PRIMAVERA and SCADA all on International Project. I am began applying SCM techniques and logistics at Industrial firms at 1995, an endeavor that evolved into his becoming the innovative leading at firm in applying project management techniques and facilities engineering and construction, product planning and development, and advanced SCM. I has developed and conducted seminars under the sponsorship of several universities, as well as training personnel, including Civil engineering, Planning, Information System as SAP, PRIMAVERA. SCADA, PLC and research and development project, including methods improvement for business firms. These seminars stressed improved methods of planning, scheduling, and organizing projects and programs, including preparing document to biding and evaluation proposal according on acquisition law and public Work for BOT (Build operate and transfer) and NAFTA. I am the author of several books on Logistics issues and Improving SCM Techniques and SAP and SCADA Software, and have presented numerous papers on journals of innovative methods to various professional organizations. I am a certified Project Management Professional and registered as a professional Engineer in Mexico City. I hold a Ph.D. and Master on Engineering; I am Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Iberoamericana University.
