    Double click Labtracer to open the software. Delete the Setup2602 SMU device by pressing delete and then select the custom 2601 SMU device from the gate menu. Click on setup 2601 and enter the test parameters including a negative voltage range from 0 to a positive limit, and a compliance current limit.     After Press delete

    Select custom device under test

    Click on Gate and select 2601 SMU

    Click on setup 2601 (text) and

    Feed the parameters. -ve voltage to 0 is possible. 0 to +ve voltage is possible. Compliance (means the current limit)

    Connect device and run the test; you could see the data center. Four probe is for very low resistance devices. Two Lo (black) probes at one end and two HI (red) probes at the other end. Devices at nano level values.

    Use formulas to define any new parameter, which could be synchronized with the dataset You could define the graph. You could include the time option as below (collect timestamps, before running)

    Data could be saved manually in note pad.
