JAW Diagnostics:

Heat-up Test:
With the oxygen sensor in free air, apply power to JAW and data-log JAW. Over a period of 2 minutes while the sensor is being heated up you should see that AFR change from ~14.7 to 34.28, the Heat value should also change from 255 to ~16. If you see both these changes happening then JAW should be 100% functional.

Heat value stays at 255: This means that the heater is not being properly powered. - Check over your cable paying close attention to the wires from the 3-Gry and 4-Wht terminals on the JAW screw terminals.

Heat value gets to 16 but the AFR is not 34.28: -Your Free Air calibration value may be incorrect, perform a free air calibration and read the Calibration value, the calibration value should be close to 0 for a well functioning sensor.
