Vocalist Assignment Agreement

This Vocalist Assignment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between

Grant
Vocalist has performed or recorded performance (s) in conjunction with the
Producer recording under the titles listed below:

Vocalist assigns all rights, including all rights under copyright law, in the recorded
performance to the Producer, its assigns, licensees or successors and grants the
right to use the recorded performance for any purposes and in all forms and media
and waives any claim to moral rights.
Warranty & Release
Vocalist has the authority to grant the rights under this Agreement and Vocalist
releases Producer and Producer's assigns, licensees and successors from any claims
that may arise regarding the use of the performance including any claims of
infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. Producer is permitted,
although not obligated, to include Vocalist's name as a credit in connection with the
performance.
Vocalist has read and understood this agreement and is over the age of 18. This
Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
