Just a few words about her..having almost decade of experience in Research, Teaching Training and Academic Administration. She has worked on various Research Projects at CSEC, MACESE, CIE and taught at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She has contributed in institution building as Director, Dean and Professor at various reputed Management Institutions in Delhi where she has successfully launched programmes in Management, Retail Insurance, Design and Executive education. She has not only been a Resource Person and a trainer for Management Development Programmes but also been Trainer and consultant on HRD issues to various private and public sector organizations. Her research interests include Leadership studies, Motivational Climate, Management Communication, and Design Management. She has published research papers in reputed refereed journals. She has closely worked with corporate developing and holding Leadership Development Workshops and training programs for Corporate Leaders. This multifaceted personage besides being involved in National and International academic Tie ups for Business schools, has also received awards and scholarships for academic excellence.
