Degree Exhibition (Fall 2008 and Spring

2009)
As a Studio Art and/or Art Education major, you are required to produce a senior
show (degree exhibition). I am your contact person for this endeavor. I take care of
the scheduling and the paperwork. Your faculty mentor will assist you with your
work, artist statement, and guide you through the process of producing an
exhibition. My information is listed below.

The Degree Exhibition is organized by six, very important, pieces of paper:

1. Degree Exhibition Registration (pink)

• If you are graduating Fall 2008, the deadline for this form is
Thursday, September 18, 2008.

• If you are graduating Spring 2009, the deadline for this form is
Thursday, November 20, 2008.

2. Risk Awareness (yellow)

• Print out, read, sign, and return with Degree Exhibition
Registration form.

3. Degree Exhibition Completiongold)

• Turn this form in the Monday AFTER your exhibition.

4. Installation Checklist (green)

You keep this form.

5. Take Down Checklist

You keep this form.

6. ***Senior Show Questionnaire and Senior Show Form
