Discipline
Discipline is defined as a force that prompts individuals or groups to observe the rules, regulations and procedures which are deemed to be necessary for the effective functioning of an organisation.

Causes of Indiscipline
     

Ineffective leadership Low wages and poor working conditions Lack of promotional opportunities Lack of timely redressal of workers grievances Unfair management practices Defective communication system

     

Lack of workers education Uninteresting work Drunkenness and family problems Outside political influences Excessive work pressure. Absence of any code of conduct to regulate behavior on both sides.
